Crystal Beach Florida is located along the shore of St Joseph’s Sound in Northern Pinellas County. This quaint little town where I live is surrounded on three sides by Palm Harbor Florida. Beautiful Crystal Beach is home to Live Oak Park, site of music festivals, our annual chili cookout, picnics and other local events. Here you can launch your kayak into the waters of St Joseph’s Sound, which leads directly out into the Gulf of Mexico. Across from Live Oak Park is Crystal Beach’s extremely popular fishing pier. Pinellas Trail runs north and south through Crystal Beach, connecting it to Tarpon Springs to the north and Dunedin to the south. The entire trail is over 47 miles long and a destination for both bikers and hikers.
This unique place provides residents with free post offices boxes, since there are no mailboxes in any portion of Crystal Beach. There are also no traffic lights in Crystal Beach! While there are no stores within our little community, shopping and all your needs are minutes away. You only need to cross Alternate 19 to find all of the businesses and services across the street in Palm Harbor. We love being a quiet little community where you can get around town in your golf cart! Fiercely independent, Crystal Beach residents have repeatedly voted against being annexed by their larger neighbor, Palm Harbor. Minutes to Honeymoon Island State Park, one of the best beaches in the nation, this waterfront community is a haven to artists, writers and other free thinkers. Zoned for wonderful public schools, it is a great place to raise a family! Give me a call today to discuss your search for a home here in Crystal Beach Florida.
